General Responsibility

The Global Quality Systems Intern will support the Global TrackWise Digital System (TWD) team in activities related to digital Quality Systems, system implementation, documentation, data quality and user support.

Under the supervision of the Digital Quality Application Manager, the intern will gain practical experience in a global pharmaceutical quality environment, collaborating with international teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes and digital applications.

Specific Responsibilities

The intern will support the Global Quality team in the following activities:

• Assist in the preparation, review and maintenance of global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and supporting documentation related to Quality Systems.
• Support activities related to the configuration and implementation of TrackWise Digital modules.
• Collaborate in the review and accuracy verification of data to be migrated or imported into production environments.
• Assist in testing and validation activities for configured workflows and system functionalities.
• Support the preparation of training materials, user guides and technical documentation for key users and local sites.
• Help coordinate training sessions and provide first-level support to users under supervision.
• Collaborate with local key users to collect, organize and validate data required for system migration or implementation projects.
• Support the management and follow-up of system-related tickets, working with IT partners and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives within Global Quality Management.
• Carry out other project-related tasks according to the intern’s academic background, skills and development objectives.

What do you need?

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies in Quality, Digital Systems, Data Management or Pharmaceuticals will be valued, but are not required.

Experience

• No previous professional experience is required.
• Any academic project, internship or extracurricular activity related to science, technology, quality, data management or process improvement will be valued.

Languages

• Fluent Spanish and good working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Interest in quality management, digital systems, data and process improvement.
• Comfortable learning new tools, processes and technologies.
• Previous knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Quality Systems, TrackWise Digital, Computerized System Validation (CSV) or GxP environments is not required. Training and support will be provided.
