We are looking for a Launch Technician to join our team in Madrid and support the preparation, validation, and launch of new pharmaceutical products within the Exeltis portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for a professional with experience in regulated environments, who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to contribute to projects with real impact on patients’ lives.

What are we looking for? 🔎

The person joining this role will be responsible for executing and coordinating the technical activities required to ensure that new product launches are delivered on time and with all quality, regulatory, and production requirements properly aligned before commercialization.

The challenge! 🚀

• Coordinate technical launch activities across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Development.
• Support technology transfer from R&D or third-party manufacturers to production sites.
• Ensure the availability of launch materials, including artwork, packaging, and components.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to launch activities.
• Track the launch timeline, identify risks, and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure forecasting, planning, and initial product availability.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal Insud Pharma / Exeltis standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to new product launches.
• Review and interpret technical documentation, protocols, specifications, and analytical results.

What do you need? 🤓

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Previous experience in technology transfer, validation, production, or quality will be highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, technical documentation, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes such as solid, liquid, sterile, or related dosage forms.
• Ability to work with regulatory and quality documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, protocols, and analytical results.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and project management tools.
• High level of English.
