Global Responsibility
Own the day-to-day coordination and execution of a portfolio of launch projects (new product introductions), ensuring alignment across functions, proactive risk management, and delivery in line with customer and business expectations.
Specific Responsibilities
- Own and maintain launch plans for assigned projects, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (QC, QA, Artworks, Master Data, Warehouse, RA, Planning, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely execution of launch activities.
- Lead regular follow-up meetings and ensure clear communication, alignment, and action tracking across stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal and external clients for assigned launches.
- Proactively identify risks, constraints, or deviations and propose mitigation plans within defined decision authority.
- Manage launch documentation, progress reports, and data accuracy in the launch database.
- Prioritize and sequence launch activities to maximize speed, service level, and business value.
- Ensure high levels of customer service through expectation management, coordinated planning, and on-time delivery.
- Capture lessons learned from executed launches and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
