What are we looking for? 🔎
We are looking for a Commercial Controller with a strong Commercial Controlling mindset and international exposure, capable of combining financial rigor with business understanding.
This role is not only about reporting and closing activities. Its key differentiator is the strong focus on sales analysis, pricing, margins, profitability and financial business partnering across international entities. The person in this role will play a key part in helping the business understand performance, challenge decisions and identify risks and opportunities with a solid financial perspective.
You will work cross-functionally with Corporate Finance, Commercial teams, Plant Directors, R&D, Operations and international entities, ensuring high-quality analysis, consistency of financial information and alignment with Group requirements.

- Analyze sales, pricing, margins and profitability by country, customer and product, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Perform price reconciliations in both Tender and Non-Tender environments, ensuring financial consistency and accuracy of commercial conditions.
- Identify deviations versus Budget and Forecast, assess their root causes and propose improvement actions.
- Provide financial validation and challenge on pricing decisions, commercial initiatives and budget deviations within defined thresholds.
- Execute and coordinate the monthly closing process based on information submitted by international entities, ensuring reliability and consistency of financial data.
- Consolidate monthly financial information, detect potential errors and define corrective actions when needed.
- Lead and coordinate Budget and Forecast processes in line with Group requirements, supporting entities during preparation and consolidating financial inputs.
- Analyze Capex and R&D investment projects, monitor commitments and evaluate financial returns and key performance indicators.
- Monitor structural costs and departmental expenses, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of international entities with Corporate Finance deadlines, policies and ad hoc requirements.
- Maintain and ensure the proper use of SAP, BW, QlikView, BPC and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate continuously with Finance teams, Plant Controlling and Operating divisions, supporting finance processes and policy implementation.
- Present key financial results, deviations, risks and opportunities to senior management when required.
What do you need? 🤓
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Strong experience in Commercial Controlling, Commercial Finance and financial analysis.
- Minimum 3–4 years of specific experience in pricing analysis and margin management, including Tender and Non-Tender environments.
- Previous experience in accounting, financial controlling and reconciliation processes is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of sales performance, pricing, profitability and margin drivers.
- Strong accounting and financial analysis foundation.
- Experience in Budget, Forecast, monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Understanding of Capex, R&D and cost structures.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as BW, QlikView, BPC or Power BI.
- Fluent English.
