We are looking for a Global Systems Architect to lead the definition, governance, structuring, and evolution of Insud Pharma’s global systems architecture, ensuring the coherence of the technology ecosystem, solution standardization, platform interoperability, landscape scalability, and alignment with the Group’s business and transformation strategy.

This is a key role within a highly complex and evolving environment, where legacy and target systems coexist, multiple transformation initiatives run in parallel, and architectural governance is increasingly critical. The position will play a central role in building and maintaining an up-to-date view of the Group’s applications, platforms, integrations, and technology capabilities.

We are looking for a professional with a strong enterprise architecture mindset, broad experience in complex technology ecosystems, and the ability to connect technology strategy with business needs.

This role will have a strong focus on the company’s SAP ecosystem, as well as on critical plant applications, automation solutions, data platforms, artificial intelligence, and cross-functional corporate tools.

The challenge! 🚀

Define, govern, and evolve Insud Pharma’s global systems and applications architecture.
Design, document, and maintain the corporate map of systems, platforms, applications, and integrations.
Ensure the coherence, standardization, interoperability, scalability, and efficiency of the technology ecosystem.
Define architecture principles, standards, and criteria for the development, integration, and maintenance of IT solutions.
Lead architecture governance and contribute to strategic technology decision-making.
Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and the Group’s business strategy.
Collaborate with Technology & Transformation Competence Centers, the Transformation Office, and business teams to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
Assess the impact of new initiatives and projects on the current and future technology ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Advise on the adoption of new technologies, cloud and hybrid architectures, integration solutions, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Participate in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives and technology landscape evolution.
Oversee integration between the SAP ecosystem and other corporate platforms, including CRMs, regulatory solutions, and industrial applications.
Oversee the integration of critical plant applications such as V10, EBR, LIMS, Seavision, Aveva, and other industrial solutions with the Group’s core systems.

What do you need? 🤓

Education

University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in enterprise architecture, technology, or digital transformation will be considered a plus.

Languages

Advanced level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise architecture, or complex solution architecture roles.

Specific knowledge

Proven experience in SAP-centric environments and industrial/plant applications such as EBR, LIMS, V10, Seavision, among others.
Experience in the design and governance of scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise architectures.
Experience integrating core platforms, data solutions, industrial applications, and corporate tools.
Experience in environments where legacy and target architectures coexist.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, security standards, and technology governance best practices.
Experience assessing technology impact and defining sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.
Experience working in complex and evolving technology ecosystems with multiple transformation initiatives running in parallel.

It will be a plus

Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Experience with hybrid architectures and large-scale international digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with complementary tools such as Celonis and CRMs such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of security best practices and technology governance.
